Who we are.
Pathway was founded in January 2023 by Ian Ursu and Blake Hamer. Building on over 100 years’ combined experience in contaminated sites, liability management and hydrogeology, Pathway applies unique technical and industry knowledge to provide environmental solutions for our clients and our communities.
Since its inception, Pathway’s team has grown to include increasingly diverse knowledge, skills and experience.
